Description

The 10-Inch 1U Rackmount Quad Fan Cooling Panel is a 1U-height active cooling module designed specifically for 10-inch rack systems.

The product is equipped with four 80 mm axial cooling fans and integrates a temperature-sensing and intelligent control circuit. It supports both Automatic and Manual fan control modes, automatically adjusting airflow based on the operating temperature of the equipment to improve airflow inside the rack enclosure, reduce operating temperatures, and enhance overall system stability and reliability.

Compatibility

The panel dimensions are fully compatible with the DeskPi RackMate 10-inch rack series T1 and T0. Due to the greater depth of the T2 and TL1 racks, it is recommended to install a 3D-printed rear support bracket to provide additional support.

With the front panel securely fastened using rack screws, stable and reliable installation can be achieved. A dedicated fan panel for T2/TL1 racks is planned for a future release.

Fan Operation Logic

When the temperature is below Close Temp, the fans stop running. When the temperature is between Close Temp and Warn Temp, fan speed is automatically adjusted according to temperature.

PS: Warn Temp means Warning Temperature.

When the temperature is above Warn Temp, the fans operate at maximum speed, and the display flashes to indicate an alarm condition. If the NTC temperature sensor is not connected, the fans will not operate in Automatic Mode.

Temperature Measurement Range

• Temperature sampling range: 0–100°C

Below this range, the display shows –273°C ; Above this range, the display shows 273°C

Noise and Operating Environment

This product is designed with cooling performance as the primary objective.

During operation at medium to high fan speed levels, a certain level of fan noise is normal.

It is recommended to install and operate the product in rack cabinets, equipment rooms, or other professional application environments.
